Who we are

Clearance is operated by WE ARE TUNED LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account you agree to these terms, to the disclaimer and to the privacy policy.

What Clearance is

Clearance is educational content. It explains how tax rules work in general and which areas may concern someone with a profile like yours. It is not tax, legal or financial advice, and it does not create a professional relationship. Check your own situation with a licensed professional before acting.

Where paid plans are sold

Paid plans are currently sold to customers in the United States. Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes that may apply where you live.

Plans

Free gives access to your profile, a preview of your dashboard, one complete guide and the newsletter. Knowledge is a one-time payment of $89 for every guide in the version available on the day you buy, without updates, dashboard dates or alerts. Full Access is a subscription at $29 per month or $264 per year.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

Full Access renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at the price shown when you subscribed, and the card on file is charged until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, in a few clicks, through Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and you keep access until then. We will tell you in advance, by email, of any change to the price of your plan.

Refunds

Clearance is digital content available as soon as you pay. Payments for Full Access periods and for Knowledge are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund. If something went wrong with a payment, write to us and we will look at it.

Founder price

The first 30 Full Access members, monthly and yearly together, pay the founder price: $19 per month or $120 per year. The counter on the pricing page is real and the number of seats will not be extended. The founder price stays the same for as long as your subscription remains active, including when you switch between monthly and yearly. If the subscription ends for any reason, the founder price ends with it, and a new subscription is charged at the regular price.

Fast-track discount

Once the founder seats are gone, new accounts that choose the yearly plan within 24 hours of signing up receive 15% off the first year. It cannot be combined with the founder price.

Your account

Keep your password private. The content is for your personal use: do not copy, resell or share it. You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change affects your plan or what you pay, we will tell you by email before it applies.
